Products can be returned within a 14-day window. The product must be in its original packaging and must not be used. The shipping of return product is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please consult our Returns Policy.

If there is a defect in the product, contact the online store's customer service by email at info@alkemiowl.com with detailed pictures of the defect. Reminder that mild scratches, chips or warpage is to be expected from the products handcrafted nature.

A very small percentage of our products may include a minimal amount of non-eco-friendly materials, such as paraffin, when no practical sustainable alternative is available at the time. We are fully transparent about these cases and continuously explore better options as they become accessible. If these materials are added, it will be stated in the product descriptions.
