Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist. Our return period lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. All items included in the original shipment must be returned exactly as they were received.

    • This includes all components, accessories, packaging, and inserts.

  2. Items must be in their original, unused condition with no damage or signs of wear.

  3. If an incorrect item was delivered, you are fully eligible for a return or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • Any item from the shipment is missing.

  • The product shows damage, wear, or use.

  • The return request is made after the 14-day window.

  • The item falls under a non-returnable category, such as clearance or final-sale items (which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to receiving the wrong item.

  • For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return Approval

  • Please contact us before sending any items back.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions for sending the item back.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are available and subject to inventory availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for return processing once your item arrives at our facility.
